About Us
Who We Are
Halwelding is a metal processing workshop in Jelgava, founded by three individuals with experience in robotics engineering, programming, and 3D modeling. We believe that robots weld more precisely and consistently than humans, which is why we built a workshop where the main work is carried out by an industrial robot and a CNC plasma machine.
We work with both manufacturing companies and private individuals. Every weld is equally durable, whether we are welding a hundred parts for a factory or a single gate for your yard.
What the Robot Does and What Humans Do
The robot here does what it does best. It repeats the same movement with constant current and speed, without fatigue or error. Humans do the rest. We evaluate your concept, help select materials, prepare the program, and inspect every finished weld.
Our Equipment
Welding robot with a positioning table.
The table holds structures weighing up to 400 kg and rotates them to the required angle for the robot.
CNC plasma machine.
Working surface 2 x 6 meters, cuts metal up to 40 mm thick.

Halwelding works with trusted partners so you can receive a finished product in one place. Thanks to our cooperation with Zn Metals, you order part manufacturing, rust protection, and painting from us, and we take care of the rest.
Verifiable Quality
Halwelding’s work is certified by two certificates: one for automatic welding and the other for steel structure manufacturing. Both comply with the EN 1090 EXC2 standard, which is applied in building construction throughout Europe. You can view the certificates below.
