Robot welding
Robotic welding is ideal when durable and uniform metal joints are required. The robot creates each weld according to a single program with constant current and speed. Consequently, the joints are uniform and withstand heavy loads. If there are multiple parts, they all appear identical. The robot easily accesses weld points that are difficult to reach with a manual torch, ensuring high-quality welds even for complex shapes.
Our most frequent orders include gates, fence sections, railings, and frames for canopies and furniture. Small manufacturers often choose batches of identical parts. Automated welding is certified according to the EN 1090 EXC2 standard, which is applied in Europe for steel structures in buildings.

We accept orders with no minimum volume. The greatest benefit of the robot is realized when multiple identical parts are required.

Structures up to 400 kg
The positioning table holds and rotates heavy parts up to 400 kg during the welding process.

Automated welding is certified according to the EN 1090 EXC2 standard, which is applied in Europe for steel structures in buildings.
Plasma cutting
Plasma cutting allows for the production of parts from metal sheets in the exact shape required for your project. The CNC-controlled equipment follows the drawing contour, ensuring a clean cut. All parts cut in a single order are perfectly identical. We cut carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum up to 40 mm thick. The equipment’s working surface is 2 x 6 meters, allowing an entire sheet to be processed at once.
The most common orders include house numbers, nameplates, garden decorations, brackets, and spare parts that are no longer available in stores. Send us a sketch, photo, or CAD file, and you can receive the finished part in person in Jelgava or via delivery throughout Latvia.

You can receive the finished parts in person in Jelgava or via delivery throughout Latvia.
Galvanizing and painting
After manufacturing the part, we can protect it against rust and paint it, so you receive a finished product. We offer hot-dip galvanizing, wet painting, and powder coating in your chosen RAL shade. We perform surface treatment in cooperation with our partner Zn Metals, so everything can be ordered from one place.

Hot-dip galvanizing for steel structures up to 13 m
Steel structures are immersed in a bath of molten zinc, which protects the metal from rust even if the surface layer is later damaged. We process structures up to 13 m in length.

Wet painting in your chosen RAL shade up to 16 m
The paint is applied in liquid form in your chosen RAL shade. Suitable for large products up to 16 m in length and for later paint renewal.

Powder coating in your chosen RAL shade up to 6 m
Powder is applied and baked, resulting in a durable and uniform surface in your chosen RAL shade. We process products up to 6 m in length.

Galvanizing and paint together, or Duplex system
The best protection for outdoor structures is provided by a combination of galvanizing and paint. Zinc protects against rust, while paint provides the chosen shade and additional protection.

You receive a welded, rust-protected, and painted product that can be installed immediately, not just a component.
